misbehaviour,not attending to my complaints

RESPECTED SIR,
IN JUNE 2012 I DEPOSIED RS.2500/WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF TIKONA COMPANY FOR 6 MONTH BROAD BAND PLAN….AGAIN I DEPOSITED RS.2650/ WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS ON14TH DECEMBER 2012 BUT I GOT THE RECIEPT ON MY PHONE FOR RS.2300/ONLY…I ASKED THE COMPANY FOR THE DETAIL & THEY SAID THE PLAN WAS CHANGED TO 3 MONTHS PLAN…I OBJECTED WHY IT WAS DONE WITHOUT MY CONCENT/APPROVAL/INFORMATION BUT GOT NO PROPER ANSWER…ON 15TH FEB.2013 I REQUESTED THEM TO TERMINATE MY CONNECTION FROM THE DUE DATE BUT THEY KEPT SENDING BILLS BUT DID NOT DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION.
ON 8TH APRIL ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVE TALKED TO ME ON PHONE AND SAID THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLOVED AND THE ORIGINAL PLAN HAS BEEN RESORTED & NO BILL IS PAYBLE TILL THE END OF MAY 2013.
BUT TO MY SURPRIZE NEXT DAY SOME OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ASKED ME TO DEPOSIT THE BILL & THE PLAN HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED.
AND SINCE THEN THEY HAVE SUSPENDED THE SERVICE.
I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN, RUNNING IN 76, PLEASE HELP ME.
