I booked a ticket from Kalwa to Pen on 20/04/13. I wanted to reach Pen by ( am. So, I chosen bus leaving at 6:40am from Kalwa (as given on MSRTC website). But on the day of travel I waited over there from 6:30 to 7:30, but the bus didn’t come. So, I had to commute my journey in different bus and paid separate fare there. After that, I reached Thane CBS for enquiry and I came to know that the actual bus time was of 7:30 from Thane and it reaches kalwa at 7:45 daily. If these people know the time then why are they showing it wrong on the ticket?
And on the top, one of the worker there answered me, “You may have printed it after editing as per your convenience.” Is this a way to talk with passengers?
