Name of company/service: RVR net service
i am using RVR net service from past 1yrs and more and every month the internet service wont works for more than 10 days because internet connection gets unplugged and limited connectivity issue. when i am trying to raise a complaint in RVR customer care service they are not taking my complaint. every time they are saying its a local operator issue he will resolve.
when i am trying to call to local operator he is not picking my call and if he picks the call he is not resolving the problem.
the area where i am staying this is the only internet service which is available. so donot have other option to take.
since i am a design engineer every day i need to check my mails and other important work. but i am very much unfortunate that i wouldn’t be able to do it because of the internet service.
it really very frustrating for me to get a better internet service. please suggest me what action i need to take regarding this issue.
