Even doing the 3% of insurance,didn;t get the claim.

We have shifted our house hold throgh Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group) for Kolkata to Delhi.As per there norms we have done the 3% Insurance so that if any damaged done during the shipment, they will return the full amount of the declared value.
During the shipment,the following things were damaged :-One Almirah – fully damaged,Lock of both the doors of Dressing Table broken ,Table Lamp damaged and etc.We are liable to claim the declared amount of Almirah(Rs 4000/-)but till now we didn’t get any thing.In-spite of giving the money back they were badly behaved with us & doing nasty haggling with us.
Plz help & do the needful urgently.
