I have recently subscribed for Uninor Prepaid connection. After using it for 15 days I was continously getting the promotional call and sms. So on 15th April I have requested for DND activation which will take 7 days to activate. On 17th April I suddenly got a message that Thank you for subscribing VAS Movie Talkies charges Rs.30 for 30 days validity and will be auto renewed. When I call back to customer care they responded as usual like other network custtomer care that its been activated from your end. If you wish you can deactivate it but you will not get back this Rs.30. They were not even ready to accept that they have done that. This issue is almost with every network.
Can anyone help me what action should we take against these type of unnecessary deductions they charged for
