Name of company/service: Bharti airtel dth
I’ve a airtel dth connection from 2011 may onwards with a rental of Rs. 320 per month. Without any information the company is deducting Rs, 10/- from my prepaid A/c after recharging & as a result I can’t get the services through out the month. As a new technology I didn’t get understood what’s the reason behind not getting the uninterrupted services. From may to november they’ve done like this, on that period I went to the customer care desk.
After that I’m not recharging my a/c & now they’re literally giving threat to submit the set-top box.
I’ve also lost my account id, but the people sitting on the customer care desk are so ill-behaved that they don’t want to give the solution.
This is the 3rd time I’ve lodge this complain for my DTH a/c, need the solution on immediate basis
