I have purchase Tata photon device on 8 april and that the dealer promised to activate this device within a day.but he didn’t make his promise and it activated after three days by making a lot of call to him.
now the device they give me is not okay as it get installation problem bcoz i hv confirmed this by the customer care and they told me to talk to ur dealer and change it.
now i am trying to call dealer on his number, his executives but no one is picking up my call.
i have urgent use of this device but not getting any positive reply.help me to solve this problem.
