very frequent deductions from the balance

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: rajpura &lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: bsnl</p>I am a customer of Bsnl and my family use four sims of bsnl. The company is adamant at deducting balance in the name of activation of different kind of services.
Inspite of the introduction of new guidelines by TRAI, company is not abiding by them.
