Wrong commitment about bill plan.

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I am Vodafone new customer. my no. is 9868986097 port in Vodafone from Dolphin, executive of Vodafone has told to me about my bill plan that 199spl plan with rental discount 100Rs. 150 L&std calls free and 100 sms free and One V2V no. free every month. but my has no rental discount. pls short out this grievance.

I have mailed vodafone everyday and they are told to me our plans dont see the attachment that i have attached
Please help me about this fraud
