I was using airtel postpaid connection in which I use to have multiple issues regarding airtel plans. Whenever I called customer care for its clarification the only ans I got was ‘ we don’t have any details now, same will reflected once your bill is generated’. And I use to get huge bill amount and bill description which was out of my unnderstanding.
Therefore I desided to convert to prepaid. Now. they asked me to go Maha circle for this conversion process. I went to nasik explicitly for this they took my complaint on 28 march 13 but still my prepaid no is not activated and they are again asking me to come to Nasik though all documentation was done properly that time.
