regarding service and customer executive’s excuses

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I have made a complaint against reliance connection for blocking sim as I lost my phone but customer executive did not do any help and make excuses every time that they had technical problem.They often send sms related to talk time offer but when we pay for that they do not provide that offer.And if we go for any query related to the service the behavior of customer executives is very pathetic.I can say that reliance’s customer executive is the worst executive to whom I ever talked and worst service I have ever used.
