Regarding SBI LIFE INSURANCE.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Panipat ,Haryana&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: SBI,PANIPAT REFINRRY BRANCH</p>I applied for a SBI LIFR INSURANCE on 03/04/2012 & deposit a cheque bearing no.160534 at SBI Panipat Refinery branch of Rs.11178.Amount had deducted on the same day & another Rs50 also deducted alongwith this transaction.But still neither I get my policy nor credit my account.I approched several time to the bank & made verbal complaint.But they did noyhing.I send an email to the branch on 26/02/2013 & made a written complain also.But still neither my account is credited nor any reply I get from their end.
Kindly do the needful.
