funbook tablet P500 micro max

I had purchased a Micro max FunbookP500 tablet from flip-kart.com on 6th march 2013.on receiving the product I found it was a used or second hand product. The tablet screen card was very dirty and scratch, but then I thought I can clean it. after 3 day tablet gave me some problem, called the customer care and advise to take to the service center, to update the software, service representative did it, but then the Wi-Fi was not working, which is very important as this is the only source to get connected to internet also has no Bluetooth facility. Called customer care of flip kart and they promise me to send a new piece (the flip kart customer care also said that a demo piece must have been delivered to you) which they said will be delayed in 2/3 working days which I got it. now after receiving the new product on 14th march I checked the product and the Wi-Fi was working, even downloaded thru WiFi,then I had some problem(got locked) so called micro max customer care service and they said to unlock you have to take it to the service center. The service center updated the software but then this tablet also had the same problem like the fist one they had send after updating the software (Wi-Fi not working).
so I called the flip kart call center and told them that you have to talk to the micro max people, we delivered you the product.so I called the micro max customer and they said that you leave the tablet, and with 7 working days you shall get the product repaired, make a job sheet which I did, but then the service people told me that it will take more than one month or less to get it repaired. Job sheet no.030217-0313-3214917 at Vasco also on the same day took it to another service center of micro max there also same problem and logged a Job there No.w04003-0313-3222346. But I requested the service concern person not to send till micro max concerned people call me as I want my refund or new product.
When I called the micro max call center and related my gone thru problem, told me that we cannot replace you the product but repair and give I told them I don’t want it repaired but either send me a new one or refund my money back. They said we cannot replace a new one or refund the product as you have crossed the 7 days replaced policy. Sir I received the product on 14th march 2013 and I took the tablet to the service center on 22nd march (so 8 days from getting the new one). Sir I told them that one Sunday has come in that period. But just not listening to my problem I even made the service center in Panjim to mark a mail to the concern person and call me back but till now there is no respond.
Sir now you advice me what to do in short I PURCHASED A TABLET WITH WIFI , THEY SEND A DEMO PIECE WHERE AFTER UPDATING THE SOFTWARE WIFI NOT WORKING,THEN REPLACED A TABLET WITH NEW ONE , THEN AGAIN WHEN I WENT TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE THIS NEW TABLET TO HAD SOME WIFI PROBLEM, I TOLD THEM EITHER IS A FAULT IN THE TABLET EITHER REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY BACK, THEY TELL ME GIVE IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER WILL REPAIR IT AND SEND.I ASKED ITS NOT A MONTH OR SIX MONTH OLD PIECE A NEW ONE WHY SHOULD IT BE REPAIRED THERE IS A FAULT IN IT.
Sir I need your advice to it and then I shall send legal notice to the concern party. You can email me on this email as soon as possible. And thanking you for your attention towards my problem
