I had made a complaint regarding remote not working on 15th but closed on 19th saying resolved, I called once again they taken the complaint once again, but on 21st again got SMS saying resolved, again logged the complaint, still complaint not resolved now when I am calling to 080-44448080 they are not lifting my call, if i will call from other no. they will respond and when i ask for the complaint they will put on hold for 2-3 Min and then disconnect.
Pls help in solving just the remote issue or let Airtel take there connection and pay me back all the amount what i have paid to the company till date.
