I’m just sick of this

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

I receive extremely slow speed from 11 AM in the morning till 1 AM at night.
I mailed them about 30-40 times but still they say it has been FIXED but it still stays the same from the last 6 months.
Very cheap action by such a known company.
