I bought etable from onlinemegastore6 store from ebay some days ago. They delivered it on time but I really shocked to see that etable was very old & had broken edges on it. It was covered in old bubble sheet & box was also torn from many parts. I was really amazed by the fact that after customer pays money prior to delivery of product then how could this people send old product. When I called them later they started to driving nuts and asking to send it back by courier. Is this online buying process actually? Why shoudl customer bother to spend time & money to assist them in replacement of product. After that they agreed to refund and again asked for dispatch the prodcut back to them & they will send money on receiving the product at their end. What a people? Is this is the way to do business? How could the earn good will of customers?
I am giving details of product store & product transaction. I request some one take action on them & dont buy anything from ebay & http://gadgetbucket.in
