Name of company/service: Whirlpool Refrigerator
I had bought a whirlpool refrigerator 4th March 2012, a couple of days back I am facing cooling
problem.
Service-man was came and he used boiling water to remove a layer of ice formed inside the fridge
and replaced few parts timer and biometer.
And he told to place the stabilizer for that I paid Rs. 1650.
Then again very next day the fridge again faced cooling problem.
Once again the service man came and told to change the motor and fan. He changed the motor & fan.
Even thought the fridge again faced cooling problem.
I made 6 times the complaints but nobody was given the proper solution.
Every service man will insist to us to purchase unnecessary part like Fridge stand and the stabilizer
which will not link to the cooling problem.

After several complaints till now I was not get the solution.
I hope this time i will get the solution.
I request you to please take some action on this on urgent basis & replace the same if there is no
cure to the present problem as the refrigerator is still under warranty period,
I look forward for your support, failing which I would be forced to launch a case in consumer court
against your company.
