3g recharge benifit not given to consumer 20 days from recharge.

Name of company/service: reliance comminucation

i have complaint about reliance communication so many times
for 3g service not given to me
still it was 20 days from recharge
but reliance is not responding me

theri appiate team tell me that they
had already given service .but still icant use it.
pls solve it as soon as possible
for which i shall be very great full to u.
