I purchase a mobile handset of LAVA XOLO model is XOLO A800 I pay 11000 rs for it on 02/03/2013 it is defective set after use I found that there are many problems in the handset so i call to customer care they note my complaint after long time waiting handset pick from my home on 11/03/2013 i requested to customer care that pls. replace it do not repair but my hand set delivered my home on 20/03/2013 after repair i found that the mobile bettery is not along with mobile i visit in service center same day but service center person told me that we are no responsible…
