cheating customers

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Pavan Shetty, last time consumer forum complaint helped me to active my Tata Docomo sim after 12 days of purchase date. Because of their unprofessional behaviour I have decided not continue relationship with Tata Docomo, finally they convinced me to use Tata Docomo.
When I purchased Tata Docomo they promised me unlimited STD, Local, SMS (6000 sms per month) and Roaming. In the leaflets also they have mentioned 6000 sms free per month. The customer executive including Mr. Vinod (07208853363) confirmed now due to TRAI regulations reduced maximum sms 3000 per month.

But yesterday I have received bill from Tata they have billed Rs 2676/- and charged roaming sms including onnet network.
Could you please take action against Tata Docomo to send revise bill to me?
