Did not got the recharge amount

Today i get through a recharge shop and told him to make the recharge of rs.249 on my number(8817545452) in which 100hours of reliance to reliance local calls are valid for 1 month,bt by mistake he make the recharge of rs.250 & because of his mistake i did not get a single paise from the company!I also called customer care bt they also that we can’t do anything…sir kindly help me!
