Wrong Billing

Location/place: DELHI

Name of company/service: RELIANCE COMMUNICATION

Without opted any Premium message services they added Rs. 27 in my Current bill and also when i am contacting their Customer care they are not responding.

First in last month they send a message that your number is selected for Free news and the same time i Unsubscribed the same.

But in this current bill they added Rs 27 for the same facility.

So its there Policy they are sending a message that your number is selected for these types of services and after that they are cheating to customer.
