Name of company/service: Airtel
I did recharge of 149, airtel site says i will get a balance of 2GB but i got only 1 GB.
when i try to call customer care (they charge for the call) i was put on hold everytime i call and they cut the call after few mins. I lose money for the call and lost data plan money as well.
Airtel service experience is bangalore is pathetic.
