I ordered a Karbonn A15 through Order no. 013734118352153 on 25/1/2013 through shop.airtel.com. But I’m not getting the offer benefit of 500 mb 3g data and unlimited data usage for 6 months. I’m using airtel sim card 7895188634 of UP west circle. Airtel provided the service for only one month. I contacted Airtel customer care about this problem. But they are saying to contact the dealer, that is they themselves. And also after hearing the problem when they are not able to solve it, they blocked all customer care calls. Why they people offer any such kind of service if they can’t fulfill it? The only way my friends suggesting is to apply in consumer court, as I’ve all the details bills and sms from airtel that proves them guilty in all cases. Please cooperate otherwise serious actions have to be taken, as I already spent a lot of time in sweet conversations with customer care executives. And their response is NULL.
