This is Pallavi Gupta, D/o Mr. R. S. Gupta. I am living in Lucknow.

I have been having a friend from last few years back whose name is Devendra Srivastava S/o Mr. Raj Kumar Srivastava, R/o Village Mahanandpur, Post Uttury, Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh-228001. His Cell no. are (09044098156, 08393988283) and his email id is: ([email protected]).

Mr. Devendra Srivastava had been taken 33000/- INR (Thirty Three Thousand Rupees) from me as a credit basis on the year 2011. He told me that when he will good job then he will return my money.

Now he is working in Moradabad Uttar Pradesh since Jun’2012. I am asking him to return my money from 1st Feb’13 to till now. At the mid of Feb’13 he told me that he will return my money last week of Feb’13. Now this stage he is not picking my call and not responding my sms too since 1st March’2013.

Now i decided to write to police to take action against him as soon as possible, after all i need my money. if police will take an action against him so it will be great help for me from your side.
