Excess bill

Location/place: Mumbai- Mulund

Name of company/service: Vodaphone india

Dear Sir,

I have received vodaphone bill for 9702081182 number for around 6000/- for one month.
I complained to them that my usage is not that much, and m doing follow up with them from the past 3 months.
I have sent mail to their co-operate office and call center also but they are not helping me in this and now they are giving me Dhamki that they will drag me to court, today they called my parents and tried to threated them and called me that I have to pay extra amount and 18% of the total amounts penalty.
I request you to help me to sort this issue with company.
