I Sukla Roy, from Kolkata purchased an Electric Chimney From Planet Home Appliances on 06.01.2013. At Kolkata the Planet Home Appliances group operates through their Dealer Kromson Appliance. On the month of December,2012 there held a Fair at our locality where The Kromson Dealers put up there stall. We booked a Chimney ( Model Nos. Oasis 60BF) that costed us Rs.15,500 and then someone from the dealer came and installed the chimney. At that time they gave us only a Manual copy and assured us that a printed Original Bill will be delivered to us shortly from their Faridabad office. But 2 months has passed still we didn’t received any Original Bill. So please do the needful so that we can have the Bill and use it for any future requirements.
