I HAVE TIKONA CONNECTION WITH 2MBPS SPEED PLAN (UNLIMITED) IE. RS. 999/- , BUT I AM NOT GETTING THE EXPECTED SPEED FROM TIKONA , I GET A SPEED OF 50-100 KBPS AND A LATENCY OF 4000-5000 , AS ACCORDDING TO TIKONA IT SHOULD BE 2MBPS .
I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THEM MANY TIMES BUT THERE IS NO RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AND I AM FORCED TO WRITE MY GRIEVES TO CONSUMER FORUM . PLEASE HELP I AM FED UP OF TIKONA’S SPEED NOW .
