Loss of Mobile during shipping.

Dear sir,
I was sent a mobile (nokia 701+charger+data cable) of Rs. 17800, through DTDC courier person for Bangalore, and also packed in front of DTDC person but the charger and data cable was in packing of delivered courier, mobile was not inside the packet.I was sent this on 27-02-2013, Plz provide us appropriate solution as soon as possible.
