Dear Team,
On 31st Dec 2012, I have ordered 281042787165 ( 100% GENUINE NOKIA BL-5J BATTERY FOR 5230 5233 5800, N900 X6 C3 ) from eBay site and a faulty battery was issued to me, however a refund claim (eBay Claim ID # 159659 against the PaisaPay ID # 32752038867) has been requested and eBay states that refund has been processed on 15-Jan-13 (refund details: RRN No : 155811435Auth Id : T97291) It?s almost a more than a month, when I raise request for refund and I have not received the refund in my account, in spite of several calls, I am not getting any proper response from eBay. Request you to please look into this matter.
