UNFAIR DEDUCTIONS AND ACTIVATION OF PLANS

Name of company/service: RELIANCE COMMUNICATION

Iam using your company’s services from last 2 months through number – 9595743980. From last 4 months some sms packs are automatically getting activated on my number . As per my knoweldge I have activated only 1 pack of Rs 39/- in which sms charges are 1 paise but every month around 24-25th one more pack gets activated for Rs 14/-

From last 4 months I am calling your team and explaining them the issue . Everytime the reversal is given and iam assured that the same will not be repeated . By their seems no end to this . This month also the same thing happened . On contacting your team they told me that nearly 5 packs are activated on my number apart from Blackberry services.

Now I have a question when I have activated Rs 39 sms pack why would I activate any other sms pack ? I am now fed up of calling your team and getting the reversal done . This time when I called your team they refused to give any reversal and said that they will look after the query . On my getting angry your team told me that apart from blackberry services they have stopped 2 services . I immediately got an sms for closure of 2 sms pack but to my surprise immediately after the sms another message was reveived saying that the request could not be processed. I fail to undetstand what kind of systems reliance has .

I just want to inform you that I only want one sms pack for Rs 39/- wherein sms is charged at 10 paise slong with my Blackberry plan. But I think reliance is in habbit of deducted money unnecessary from customer’s account.

I also want to highlight the quality of the customer care executives placed at reliance call centres are hopeless. People are shouting like anythink on the back it seems as if we are talking to someone who is in a fish market .

Pls note that in case I donot get any reply and complete solution to my problem , I will be forced to lodge a complaint in consumer forum and to the top management of reliance.

Pls note that before writing to consumer forum , I have also sent the complaint thru mail at [email protected] but the mail bounced.
