Dear Forum,
This is a complain for Standard Chartered Credit Card. I have being writing the mails & calling the customer care many times pertaining to change of my mailing address (Both e-mail & mail) for communication towards my bill payment. Suddenly i got a mail from them including late payment & sir-charges, for the amount which was never communicated to me.
I then wrote many mails & called them many time since September 2012 for reversal of my late fee & sir-charges, but they never replied me on the same. In-fact every month they add extra charges & late fee on my card. Then i asked them to cancel the card as well, but they keep on adding extra charges to my card. Could you please help me
on the same.
