Dear Team,
I have placed an order of canvas shoes (order no 100698039) on 10.02.2013. On receipt of the order, I noticed that the shoes were a used one & immediately contacted the customer care & and as advised by the customer care team I have sent the snap shot, based on that the shoes has been taken back through reverse pick up on 19.02.2013, till now I have not received any response from them regarding cash back. I tried to contact the customer care eam on +91-22- 42936801/02 more than 100 times, the line is continously in waiting for several hours & the toll free no 1800-266-4322 is not at all working..
I wrote several emails to [email protected], but all my pains are went on vains.. No body in customer care team is not bothered to respond to customer emails.
I request your intervention to get back the refund amount..
