provided with a bad vox v71 tablet and not changing it

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: jadavpur kolkata&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: snapdeal</p>i bought a vox v71 tablet from snapdeal on 23feb 2013 order number 885449827 but its not even near the mark of standard that they told. Even most of the facilities are not available while matching with the website details. As a result within 8hrs i registered a complain dat i need an exchange or cash back. Complain number 1673694. But not getting any solution. I even spoke to their senior executive but not getting any fruitful solution. Even i mailed them the problem with picture.So if you people can help me then it will be a great help.
types of problem facing. Cant use it more than 30 mins in full charge. Cant use dongle and pendriv which can be used according to ad. It not evn supporting 4gb instead 32gb. It is getting too hot within 15 mins. Please reply me at ‘[email protected]’ contact number 9038960358
