Respectfully I beg to state that THIS IS MY THIRD MAIL FOR THE SAME ISSUE , I have ALREADY SEND MANY COMPLAINTS ON [email protected] AND
[email protected] for the same but no revert receives. Please check it ……….details are given belows and please revert me as soon as posible as as DD EXPIRY DATE IS 16th July 2009 !!! ( just 12 days left in expiry of DD as DD issue DATE 17th January 2009 )

But DD return back after 5 months over with wrong shockable reason – ” you are non end customer , so we can not able to provide the offer product ” , the letter copy was attched with documents that was I again send to you after apologise by Mr. Anubhav on Customer Care No. 011-41306700 on 30th June 2009 which was called by Showroom Manager where I purchaged the LAPTOP and Mr. Anubhav assure that it was due to mistake , Please send back the same DD as it was return by mistake .
NOTE : The Orignal Stickker of Product Code was send first time on 19th Jan. 2009 and it was not return back to me . So I send this time copy of the same ….
Plz do the needful as soon as possible as DD EXPIRY DATE IS 16th July 2009 !!!
Hope for a positive revert from you else I will go to consumer forum if problem not resolved within 30 days ….
