self was employed as a VOICE AND ACCENT TRAINER with m/s VIRTUOSO SOFTWARE SERVICES PVT LTD FROM 27TH MARCH 2009.SUDDENLY ON THE 5TH OF june i was verbally told my services are terminated and i should not report for work any more.There was no written communication ,no show cause/domestic enquiry/ no benefits.This does tantamount to gross violation of accepted norms and practises,which has lead to huge financial losses plus it has dented all future possibilities of getting a job.
