I placed my online order for a Eureka forbes Vaccumm cleaner (Nano Trendy) for Rs 2498 against order no. 10346316 on 31st October 2012 with a promise of delivery within 20 days. I had ordered this item to give as a gift for Diwali and I had also written a request e-mail for sending me early. But to my utter surprise, neither they sent it for its use in Diwali nor did they send it on time as per their delivery policy. I waited for some more time with another complaint email but was told to wait for a week and that it was definitely going to be shipped. I waited but then is no progress in the process. Now it is almost 4 months and I have even sent mail twice for cancelling the order but there is no reply from their side even though it is more than a month from my last mail for cancelling and refunding my money.
