balance deduction

Sir,
There was unnecessary balance deduction of Rs 20 from my main balance today at 1:03 A.M. Your customer care executive says that i browsed web, which cost me Rs 20. But i don’t think you charge Rs 20 for browsing 20-30 KB data. Neither i watched any video nor i downloaded any thing. And i also i don’t have smart have that it will keep on downloading data when my browser is not closed. And i don’t think yo charge on the basis of time or how long a person is connected to the internet. And i don’t browse that much if i’m having WiFi at my home.

As far as i remember, i just checked my mail before going to sleep, that would have cost 20 paise or something like that not Rs 20. I have turned off “view image” in my browser to reduce tariff since my net pack expired yesterday on 17/2/2013. Also literally it is impossible to browse that much of data in tat short interval of time…because where i’m living now, your network is weak here…i have not browsed that much of since last week because of weak network…
So kindly check into this matter, and also check your billing system. it is worse. My docomo number is 8797822073.
