I bought a Nokia Lumia 710 on 22nd Jan2013, and after few days I found some problem in running the applications in the device. The device got hanged while running the applications. I contacted Local Nokia care and submitted the device for rectification on 2nd Feb 2013. They forced me to wait till 15th Feb for rectification/replacement.
Although the device replaced, when I recved the new device, it has also problem of touchscreen. Its touch screen portion is not responding in perticular area.
I again contacted within 1 hr. They again asked me to wait till next 15 days.
My point is why should a customer wait if he has paid the money for the device.? Why again the faulty device is issued to me..?
I want Nokia to replace this faulty device within a day as the Local Nokia care persons are convienced with the device fault.
