Poor Customer Care Of ONIDA Company.

Location/place: Plot.No.-62,Sunder Nagar, S.R.Nagar,Hyderabad-38.

Name of company/service: ONIDA COMPANY AND SERVICES.

I purchased Onida xaria- 42’LCD,Model no:LO42XRVBBHD9A000044 On 27th-Aug-09 with much expectation of quality,Durability and Performance.But the product failed within the Guarantee period previously and the defective part was replaced.Again the same problem was repeated in the month of Nov-2012 and I registered a compliant.I am continuously contacting the concerned people of Onida and also the customer care,but in this case my efforts were a failure in solving the problem of rectification.This troubled me mentally. I’ve called them for about 10 times a day but they initially declared the product as a failure and then they were not lifting my phone either.
I request the forum for replacement of the faulty product with a new piece and also compensation of 5-Lakhs for the mental harassment caused by the Onida group.The necessary action should be taken against the employees and management group at Hyderabad.Details of the TV and compliant no are:
