My self Amit Shrivastava, an Aircel user for approximately last two years is harrassed by AIRCEL employees, just as I have opted for porting out my number to other service provider. Some of the issues as follows:
1. I was charged applicable roaming charges despite the fact, I was using home network in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and then Dhanbad, Jharkhand from 13th January 2013 to 16th January 2013, this information came to me through one of customer service person.
2. I have been complaining about network problem at the place where I stay, no body has ever given any attention to this problem from Aircel.
3. I applied for MNP, I was told by Tasneem, (your call center supervisor asinformed to me by Anjum) my application was rejected on account of some tarriff waiver offer applicable on my number, where as no message nor any call or e-mail to this effect ever reached me. Late on I was told by Anjum, that, this offer was only applicable for first 2 months, when I took the connection around 2 years back. Please look into this & let me know as to how my MNP request has been rejected on this basis.
4. After going through this agony, as Tasneem suggested, I again paid money more than required and re-applied for porting out, I am again rejected that my unbilled usage is more than, what I have paid on 12th February, now today I have again spoken to Tushar, I have further paid 250/- and will again go through the pain of third time submitting documents to port me out.
If you could tell me as to to when my trouble will stop, I can also submit the voice recorded files, the conversations that I had with AIRCEL representative.
