Bata online services is very worst service ever had, I purchased a sandle through Bata.in on Dec 21 2012, but the delivery never happened till 31 Jan 2013, In month of Jan I called various time to bata call center but call center people don’t know when will be the delivery happen,
Then after Jan I called to bata call center to cancel to cancel my order but till today already 12 working days passed my money is not reflected in my account.
My order number is 10107011
