Dear Sir,
Myself is C P Tripathi Address: Q-528, Kasturba Nagar, Sewa Nagar, New Delhi-3. I have a complaint against Airtel Dealer.
While staying at my home town (Village – Lamatiya (Chandulli), Post-Deidiha, Gola Bazaar, Distt. – Gorakhpur (UP), I have purchased a Airtel Sim on my name from your Gola Bazaar Dealer between 12th to 15th November 2012. I have given all the documents required by your dealer and my father was verifying person for the same. After many request to your dealer Mr. Dilip Jaiswal, situated at Gola Bazaar – Kauriram Road, Chand Chauraha, Gola Bazaar, he have done nothing for activation. After that I came back to Delhi on 27th of November and gave that sim to my wife for further use, but till now it has not been activated. Whenever my father use to call Mr. Dilip Jaiswal for this he used to say that, it will be activated soon. For more than one and half month he use to tolerate him. As I would like to tell you that my father is a old person and my wife is a house wife so both of them cannot go to their shop which is situated at a distance of more than 9 km. Today when my brother went to the shop and asked regarding this, he said ok, give me the no. of that sim.
How is it possible to remember the sim number which is not activated for more than 2 ½ month, even he did not gave me cutting of consumer copy or form.
When my brother said, ok return back your sim and give me a new one as I have already paid you the recharging amount and sim cost to you. He have started arguing and started to use abusive language.
I would like to request you take necessary action regarding this. Is it not Bharti Airtel Limited’s responsibility to give good services and timely activation. Please look in this case and take appropriate actions on this.
