Wrong deductions.

Location/place: Pune/India

Name of company/service: Idea

I have a GPRS pack activated on my number : 8806444042.
Even then i was charged 20 rupees this morning.
When i called up customer care, the lady on the other line did not have the manners to speak properly to me. She said that she cant solve my problem and that she is ending my call. Her name is Ambika.
I need a complaint to be raised against her. Also i need a reason for the balance deduction.
