Complaint about my mobile balance deduction

Tomorrow(13/2/2013) I have recharge with 80rupees full talktime offer of idea cellular for mob no.-7359732514 and I got that balance but today(14/2/2013) I saw that my balance completely deducted without any reason which is completely a networking crime I found .so please take an strict action about these activities not only for me its all about the users compliant I have face till now.
