I have purchased a 22 Inch LCD Television of Videocon Company Model No: 22HPP(Tornado) on 05/03/2012 Bill No: 664888 from Snehanjali Electronics located at Nalasopara West.
Amount Paid: Rs.9500/- in cash.
Features Explained while selling the product:
Pen Drive Access for Audio and Video on Device.
Kindly note that Snehanjali people issued me a catalogue bearing the mentioned feature availability on the mentioned Model. They also provided me a stamped acknowledgement for the same.
After I purchased the product I came to know that the sold model does not support the Pen Drive access for Video purpose and can only support Audio Files.
Please consider this as a genuine complain and help in registering a complain against the sellers.
Have already sent multiple mails to Snehanjali People for the same but recd not revert
