No Delivery against Orders placed

Name of company/service: Monte Carlo Collections

I had placed Order Nos. 002092dt.25/1/13 for a FS Gents Sweater and 002176dt.27/1/13 for a FS Ladies Cardigan and a FS Gents Sweater,against full payment in advance. While the first order has not been delivered as yet, they have part delivered (only the Ladies Cardigan) the other on 2/2/13. I have sent them multiple mails and contacted their Customer Care No.personally on 4/2/13 and spoke to Mr.Jaspreet on these, but have not received any favourable response.I have kept with me the packet which the courier delivered to me on 2/2/13,which can prove that it contained only one item from its weight declared.

    Same incident with me also. I had placed an order : #002237 of 5 Items of Monte Carlo on 01/29/2013 14:19:53 and paid full amount of Rs.4,484/- through HDFC Credit Card .

    But, I have received only one Item 212026461-0 purple (Rs.847 ). I have called your Customer Support many times and also mailed you the same problem thrice.

    I have kept with me the packet which the courier delivered to me on 12/02/13,which can prove that it contained only one item from its weight declared is 500 gram.
