Non Delivery of product and non responsive customer care

This is Priyank.
I ordered a Nokia Lumia 800(cellfone) from timtara.com on 20-Dec-2012 with a delivery assurance of 21 days however I haven’t received the product yet. I enquired the call center many times but they give the same false assurances. Some 2 weeks back I asked them to cancel the order as I was completely frustrated following up with them. They are not even processing my cancellation request. The order details are as follows.
