Hello,
Yesterday around 7 pm in the evening i was trying to activate Rs.9 3G plan but instead of it Rs.995 was activated which is “5 GB 3G data for 30 days sharing between 3”, but the plan is yet not activated. I have called customer care around 15 times since morning but i have not got my query processed yet. Neither they are reimbursing Rs.995 nor they have given me 5GB 3G data.
I am really fed up as they customer care are not even talking to me and giving me lame excuses “system update is in process call after 4 hours.”
Now i want the aforesaid deducted amount to my main balance.
I will be very thankful if you look into this matter and help me for the same.
