I am Vaishali and I have buy a 1 room kitchen flat of area 425 for 11 lacs 18 thousands in golden apartment nallasopara (w) through agents named Firoz and Faizal(whose having office named S.S. Properties0 in nallasopara West near Roti hotel. I buy my flat in month of March 2012 from him. I have made all payment of flat to them. He gave us the keys also of our flat but when we made payment he doesnot gave us the receipts of payment and nor he is doing registration of our flat. He is continously telling us that I will give you in today tomorow. Today one year is gone but I did not got my receipts nor he is doing registration of our flat. Now whenever I call him he Does not answer my calls and if he answers my call he give me reasons that I will give you your receipts tomorow or I dont have it right now my partner has it etc etc. So I need your help to refund my money back.
